Welcome to Interstellar Research LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). 1. Eligibility & Use

  • The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

  • By using the Services, you represent that you have full legal capacity, that all information you submit is accurate, and that your use does not break any laws or regulations.

  • You agree not to use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with or extract data from the Services.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Services (text, logos, graphics, software, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Interstellar Research and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may view, download, or print portions of content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • Any other use (reproduction, distribution, public display, adaptation, etc.) requires our express prior written permission.

  • If you submit feedback or suggestions to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and commercialize your submissions without compensation or attribution.

3. Products & Availability

  • We strive to display product details (colors, features, availability) accurately, but cannot guarantee they are error-free.

  • Products are subject to change or discontinuation at any time.

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and may be updated at our discretion.

4. Purchases & Payment

  • We accept standard payment methods (credit card, debit card, etc.) as displayed at checkout.

  • You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information and to promptly update it as needed.

  • Sales tax will be calculated and added where required by law.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized sales.

  • If we detect a pricing error after your order, we may correct it or cancel your order with notice.

5. Subscriptions (if applicable)

  • When you enroll in a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically until cancellation.

  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect after the current billing period.

  • We may adjust subscription fees from time to time; we will notify you of changes in advance.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • Scrape or systematically collect content without our permission.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or security features.

  • Post content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Services.

  • Use Services to compete against us or to solicit users to other services.

8. User Contributions

  • If the Services allow user-generated content (reviews, comments, etc.), by posting you represent that your content is legal, truthful, and doesn’t violate third-party rights.

  • You retain ownership over your contributions, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and display them.

  • We may remove or refuse content in our sole discretion.

9. Modifications & Interruptions

  • We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from downtime, maintenance, or interruptions.

10. Term & Termination

  • These Terms remain effective while you use the Services.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach or for any reason, without liability.

  • If terminated, you must stop using the Services and we may delete your account and content.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, express or implied.

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  • In no event will Interstellar Research or its officers, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages (lost profits, data, etc.), even if we’ve been advised of the possibility.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past six months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or any breach of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Interstellar Research is registered (e.g. California or your actual jurisdiction).

  • Most disputes must first be resolved informally; thereafter, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of a selected arbitration provider (e.g. AAA).

  • Class-action claims or disputes on behalf of others are waived.

  • If arbitration is found unenforceable for certain claims, those may proceed in court in your jurisdiction.

14. Corrections & Updates

  • We may correct errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Services (pricing, product info, etc.) at any time.

  • These Terms, and any supplemental policies, may be updated periodically. You are responsible for reviewing changes; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

15. Electronic Communications

Your use of the Services constitutes consent to electronic communications (emails, notifications) in place of paper. You agree that agreements, notices, disclosures, and records provided electronically satisfy legal requirements.

16. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms and related policies constitute the full agreement between you and Interstellar Research.

  • If any part of a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect other provisions.

  • Failure to enforce any right doesn’t waive it.

  • You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign to affiliates or successors.
