At Interstellar Research, we ensure every order ships quickly and securely. Each package is handled with the same care and precision that defines our extraction process.


Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS, or USPS, depending on your region and order size.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Transit time: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on location

If tracking doesn’t appear immediately, your order is being prepared and will ship within the delivery window shown at checkout.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. You’ll see the total before completing your order.


Order Changes

Need to update your order? Contact us right away at support@shopinterstellar.com Once a shipment has been processed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.


Item Not Received

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact the courier directly for delivery verification.
If you still need assistance, reach out to us at support@shopinterstellar.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.


Taxes

Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout according to your state’s regulations.
